PP polyester is a kind of amorphous, its melting point should be above 220, and its heat deformation temperature should be about 121 degrees, but since it is a macromolecular polymer after all, the higher the temperature, the more likely it is to precipitate small oligomers.

The so-called pp material, which is what we call polypropylene in our daily life, is a white, translucent, side-chain-free, high-density linear polymer with good oil resistance and comprehensive performance, and is often used in home furnishing. , barrels, basins, bottle caps and other things production.

Inside the pp material, high-purity propylene is used as the main material, including a small amount of ethylene copolymer, which is dried, mixed, extruded, granulated, sieved and homogenized to form polypropylene particles. It is a cylindrical particle, the particle is very smooth, without any mechanical impurities. It has good mechanical properties and heat resistance, and it is non-toxic when used in the temperature range of minus 30 degrees Celsius to 140 degrees Celsius.
