Commonly used sheet materials include PVC, PET, PP, PS and flocking sheets, gold-plated sheets and anti-static sheets based on these plastic.

1. Polyviny Chloride(PVC) :

PVC is the most commonly used plastic material, its texture is very soft, strong toughness, and good plasticity. This material can be made into transparent and various colors, and is often used in various electronics, cosmetics, toys and other blister products.

2.  Polyethylene Terephthalate(PET) :

PET has hard texture, good toughness, bright surface and can not be ignited. Its environmental protection level can reach food grade, and it is often used for export and blister packaging with high environmental protection requirements.

3. Polyethylene Terephthalate Glycol(PETG) :

PETG has hard texture, good toughness and good transparency. It is the latest high-tech material and is generally divided into white and blue. This material is more environmentally friendly and can be heat sealed, but the cost is high.

4. Polystyrene(PS) :

The density of PS material is small, it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic, and its plasticity is very good. However, it has poor toughness and cannot be made into a transparent material, so it can only be made into a bottom-type blister. These materials are not recyclable due to their tendency to tear.

5. Polypropylene(PP) :

PP material is translucent. It is particularly soft, and has good toughness. This material is also environmentally friendly, non-toxic and high temperature resistant. It is the main material for food blister tray packaging, and it is the only material that can be heated by microwave ovens.
